BV loses in Oct. 3 game after two matches

Blue Valley varsity volleyball took on Saint Thomas Aquinas Oct. 3, losing in two matches.
Before the game, both teams were optimistic and said they were looking forward to competing against each other.
“I think we’re going to do really well tonight,” senior Katie Upton said. “We’ve been practicing a lot and are ready for redemption.”
On the Aquinas side, junior Catie Little said her team was anticipating a good game.
“I’m excited to play Blue Valley, they’re always good competition and it will be a fun game,” Little said. “I expect it to be a close match.”
The score of the first match was 25-13 Aquinas, while the second match was 25-18 Aquinas.
