A Battle of the Bands competition featuring The Let Downs, a band including BV students, is scheduled for tomorrow at the Granada Theatre in Lawrence, Kan.
Tickets will cost $15 at the door and bands are scheduled from 11 a.m. – 11 p.m..
The Let Downs will perform at 1:20 p.m.
The top band will receive $500 or 20 hours in a recording studio.
“I’m looking forward to gaining experience and connecting with bands,” The Let Downs member senior Karalyne Winegarner said. “ Maybe we’ll get more shows.”
