The Mortal Kombat franchise and NetherRealm Studios are going back to their roots with their latest release: Mortal Kombat.
Gameplay will regress back to the earlier style, plus better developed graphics and a couple of new characters.
Don’t worry Mortal Kombat fans, even though the game is slightly reformed, the classic platform gameplay will remain. In addition to the new fatalities used by each character, NetherRealm will introduce their newest character, Kratos. Sony Computer Entertainment, main developers for the God of War franchise, have been working injunction with NetherRealm to broaden their fan base. Mortal Kombat will be rated M (of course) and will be released April 19 in the U.S.
