After five movies, countless movie stars, and much blood, The Twilight Saga has officially ended. “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2,” directed by Bill Condon, was released on Nov. 16.
The movie represents the second half of Stephanie Myers’ novel of the same name.
In this movie, Bella (Kristen Stewart) begins her new life as a vampire and as the mother of a half-vampire, half-human daughter. Her daughter is growing rapidly due to her mixed blood and Edward (Robert Pattinson) and Bella are enjoying their lives together. They then find out the Volturi are not after them, but this time their daughter, Renesmee, because of a false accusation. Of course, conflict breaks out and the Cullens send for help across the world from their other vampire friends.
After seeing it, I have to admit I was impressed.
The movie includes a brutal fight, love, amazing effects and a surprise at the end. Although, most of the movies are predictable, this one has things you don’t expect and also has a lot of sweet moments.
At the end, there is a flahsback from all of the moments between Edward and Bella throughtout the movies. This was my favorite part, and it did give me goosebumps.
I recommend anyone who has an interest in these books or movies to see it. Even if you don’t normally like this kind of movie, you might be surprised and turn out to love it.
Final “Twilight” ends series on high note
