Tips On How To Relax During Finals
The biggest tips during the most stressful time of the school year
Finals are a very stressful time for everyone. Below are some ways to take some of the weight off your shoulders during these last few days of the semester.
- Exercise.
- Eat good brain foods
- Stay hydrated
- Breathe (trust me it helps)
- Treat yourself (use a bath bomb and turn on some music)
- Catch some ZZZ’s
- Take breaks while studying
- Break up your studying
