Humans of BV: Grace Poeschl
Senior Grace Poeschl could have never imagined that an extra bone in her foot would cause a set back in her dancing.
“In January, I did a move and aggravated it,” Poeschl said. “Dancing was especially hard.”
Poeschl and her family knew surgery was the best option and had the bone removed in July.
“[The doctor] went in and shaved it off, and then I got put in a cast for four weeks,” Poeschl said.
Now, Poeschl is slowly getting back into dance and hopes to perform with the Blue Valley Tigerettes this fall.
“I’m planning on doing football sidelines,” Poeschl said. “I think I can do it.”
