Relay for Life and math teacher Adam Wade promised to dye his hair blonde if Blue Valley Relay participants raised more money than Blue Valley West. During the closing ceremony of Relay for Life Saturday morning, senior Jenny Yu announced the totals for each school. In third place, Blue Valley Southwest raised approximately $5,ooo. In second place, Blue Valley West raised approximately $26,000. In first place, Blue Valley raised approximately $33,000. During the assembly on Monday, March 7, Wade unveiled his bright, blond hair.
