KAY Club will visit Ronald McDonald House on May 14 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Members will bake cookies and other desserts for the House.
“Ronald McDonald House is a great place to do community service,” club president junior Stephanie Shull said.
Although Shull will not attend the trip, she said she is excited for members to see the effects of their volunteer work.
“For me, the interactive aspect is the best part,” she said. “Members actually get to meet and interact with people staying there and it’s just a great experience.”
Students can sign up to attend the trip with club sponsor Kristin Asquith in Mobile 7.
