Boys JV and varsity soccer teams will play their first game Friday, Aug. 24 at BV West at 4:30 and 6:30 against Shawnee Mission West.
“It’s a great group of guys, and they’re working hard,” Coach K. Dean Snell said. “They come to improve everyday, so their enthusiasm is encouraging.”
Snell said he looks forward to the upcoming season.
“I want to be able to look back and be able to say they developed camaraderie with their teammates and they saw improvement individually and collectively as a team,” he said.
Starters are Erik Rimmer, Sam Roussopoulos, Jackson Macoubrie, Joe Lesko, Kennedy Sanchez, John Lesko, Bryan DeBaun, Ben McDonald, Griffen Slead, Dominic Buzzelli and John Carpenter.
