You see someone walk into your third hour. This isn’t unusual. Maybe it’s a note from another teacher or a pass.
Nope. It’s a wax-dipped rose.
Art Club will be taking orders for and selling these roses for Valentine’s Day for three dollars.
Art Club president sophomore Mackenzie Riscoe said students can either make the roses themselves before or after school, or they can have an Art Club member make it for them.
“Basically everyone that comes [to Art Club] that week [will help make the roses],” Riscoe said. “We’re going to try to get as many people as we can because it’s a big task. Hopefully, everyone will come.”
