Drawing I students are currently drawing skeletons as well as portions of the skeleton such as the eye socket.
Freshman Christine Rice said drawing the skeleton aids you in drawing a living person.
“It helps with bone structure,” she said. “When trying to draw a person, you know where everything goes and lines up.”
Junior Skyler Baker said he likes Drawing because teacher Cheryl Mattke.
“It’s really slow,” he said. “There’s a lot of time to do what you need to do. [Mattke] has a lot of patience.”
