Fundraising for Fraser: Community raises over $27,000 for paralyzed senior’s family at carnival on Saturday, April 19
The Tiger Pride Leadership class organized a community-wide carnival on Saturday, April 19 to raise money for a Blue Valley student. Senior Alex Fraser was injured in a bodysurfing accident over spring break, leaving him paralyzed. The community gathered for carnival games, music, food, auctions, competitions, performances, a dunk tank, car smash and more to raise over $27,000 for the Fraser family’s medical expenses.
