The boys varsity soccer team faced off against the Mill Valley Jaguars last night, Monday, Aug. 30, which ended in a nail-biting 1-0 loss for the Tigers.
Both teams fought until the very end, tied 0-0, until Mill Valley scored the game’s lone goal in the 80th minute.
“I think we’re still trying to find each other,” coach K. Dean Snell said. “Everybody is still ‘up’ about the season — the potential is definitely there.”
The Tiger soccer team is back in action against Shawnee Mission East on Tuesday for their first game in the BV North Tournament. The game will be played at the DAC at 7 p.m.
